Pinot Grigio as it is meant to be!  Single estate wine bursting with ripe pear & peachy fruit.  Higher acidity & fresher in style whilst young, developing throughout 2018 to become a more serious, complex take on this grape with honey & sweet spices adding to the rich pear fruit.  Creamy texture & good concentration of ripe stone fruit yet the finish is refreshingly crisp & dry.
