Grown in the legendary Dry Creek Valley & primarily fermented in stainless steel to preserve the dramatic fruit attributes.  A little is fermented in French oak to add dimension & richness & depth that are excitingly rare in Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc.  Vibrant aromas of guava, pineapple & passion fruit continue onto the palate & are joined by honeydew melon, tangerine & lychee flavours.  The mid-palate shows a lively acidity & soft floral notes
