Cyprus’ lime soils & the microclimate of the vineyards along w partly barrel fermenting & ageing on lees for 3 months gives this wine more body & complexity yielding a dry & richly textured white wine. Tropical fruit paired w a depth & concentration create an intense aromatic bouquet reminiscent of lemon blossoms, red grapefruit, peach, pear, hints of sweet spice w a full, lingering aftertaste
