From top producer Clos de Gat, this sumptuous Merlot is aged in 30% new French oak for 14 months, resulting in a super-powered aroma of compote berry fruit & herbal notes. Deep, rich, succulent fruit w soft, vanilla oak but w a velvety texture & full bodied palate. The winemaker Eyal Rotem heavily prunes the vines resulting in low yields & high fruit quality. Har’el Merlot is fermented only using indigenous yeasts. Unfined & unfiltered. Vegetarian
