From the Russian River Valley and Dry Creek Valley allows the perfect blend of merlot to be achieved.  Hand harvested, individual lots are aged for between 6 and 20 months in French oak before blending, a further 3 months in oak together before bottling.  Voluptuous, structured wine with black cherry, redcurrant & raspberry fruit, cracked black pepper, clove spice & dried herbs showcase this varietal
