Birthday Cake : Inspired by the classic American birthday cake, a white shell chocolate bonbon filled with a creamy milk chocolate ganache, a creamy white chocolate and vanilla bourbon ganache, a crunchy chocolate cookie layer and 100&1000s sprinkles.
Vanilla Bourbon : A dark chocolate 65% cocoa shell bonbon filled with a creamy dark chocolate ganache infused with Vanilla bourbon sticks.
Chicago Cheesecake : A white chocolate shell bonbon filled with a layer of wild raspberries pate de fruit gel, a creamy white chocolate and cream cheese ganache and a crunchy cookie layer.
S’Mores : a tribute to America’s legendary S’Mores dessert. This milk chocolate 40% cocoa shell bonbon is filled with a fluffy vanilla marshmallow, a creamy milk chocolate ganache and a salted crunchy cookie layer.
Apple Crunch : a milk chocolate 40% cocoa shell bonbon filled with a green apple pate de fruit gel and a crunchy cookie layer and cinnamon.
Important Care Instructions
- The Chocolatiers at Choco King handcraft each chocolate bonbon using the freshest ingredients for you to enjoy within 10 days of purchase.
- Bonbons have an expiry date of 2 months from the date you are purchasing them
- Bonbons are best kept at temperatures of 12-19 Celsius degrees, away from direct sunlight with a relative humidity of 50%. Store in a wine cooler or the small compartment of your refrigerator.
- Best to be consumed at temperatures of 19-21 Celsius degrees.
