With grapes from Kilani village at 650m this wine is complex & full-bodied.  Multi-faceted character & well-balanced acidity with strong but approachable tannins.  Deep red ink colour & a rich nose with aromas of dark berries, chocolate, green pepper & spices.  12-14 months in French oak gives smooth texture - aromas of caramel, vanilla & dark chocolate.  Another great example of wine improving with age - if you find it with age, give it a go!
