Angels & Cowboys Rose, USA, 2022, 750ml

Made using a traditional Provence rose method.  The colour is a light blush of pale grey & pink.  Aromas are minerally & ethereal with hints of grapefruit & spicy floral notes.  In taste, the wine is lively & racy with flavours of citrus blossoms & minerals.  On the palate, this rosé displays vibrant acidity, with a full & silky mid palate, deliciously great length & just enough texture.
